MEN'S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD COMPETE AT BOSTON REEBOK GAMES

BOSTON, MA - Members of the University of Massachusetts Boston men's indoor track & field team competed at the 2011 Boston Reebok Games hosted at the Reggie Lewis Center of the campus of Roxbury Community College in Boston, MA.

Competing in the 800M event, sophomore Jake Kerin (Quincy, MA) clocked in at 2:00.84 for a 19th place finish while senior Benajah Potter (Arlington, MA) finished 26th with a time of 2:05.23.

Freshman Xhulio Uruci (Newton, MA) raced in the 1,000M run, clocking in with a time of 2:38.79 for a 22nd place finish.

Sophomore Henry Morales (Chelsea, MA) competed in the long jump event, connecting on a leap of 6.31M and a 10th place finish.

The Beacons will be in action again on Saturday, February 5 when they head to Northampton, MA to compete in Smith College Tartan Invitational starting at 10:00 a.m.
