Baseball to Host Annual Winter Clinic

BOSTON, Mass. – Starting on Sunday, February 2, the UMass Boston baseball team will be hosting their annual winter pitching and hitting clinic.  This year's clinic which will be held on February 2, 9, and 16 is open to children of all ages and will focus on developing the players hitting and pitching skills. 

This year's camp will be held in the Clark Athletic Center gymnasium on the campus of UMass Boston.

The cost to participate in either the three 1-hour pitching or hitting sessions is just $100.  Any player that signs up for both the pitching and hitting clinics will receive a discounted rate of $175. 

This year's clinic will be separated into two groups children 12 and under and children 13 and older.  For the 12 and under group their hitting clinic will run from 1-2 p.m., with their pitching clinic will run from 2-3 p.m.  For the 13 and older group their pitching clinic will from 1-2 p.m., with the hitting clinic to run from 2-3 p.m.

Each player will receive one-on-one training from UMass Boston head baseball coach Brendan Eygabroat and his staff of college coaches and players. 

Payment for the camp and the registration form should be returned to coach Eygabroat by January 27.  A confirmation email will be sent when the application is processed. 

Please make all checks payable to Brendan Eygabroat.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS.
