NINE STUDENT-ATHLETES NAMED TO LEC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

NORTH DARTMOUTH, MA - Director of Communications the Little East Conference, Jack Holleran, announced today the LEC All-Academic team for the 2010-11 winter season. A total of 114 student-athletes representing all eight of the Little East Conference institutions earned this honor based on outstanding performance in the classroom including nine student-athletes from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

To be named to the All-Academic team, the student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.33 on a 4.00 scale, and have competed in at least one-half of her team's contests during the current season. The following were named to the team from UMass Boston.
