Scheduling Change: Men's And Women's Ice Hockey To Host Season Openers This Weekend
BOSTON, Mass.—UMass Boston men's and women's hockey will each host their home season-openers a week early, in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
Women's hockey will play their season opener at the Clark Athletic Center Ice Rink Friday at 4 p.m. against Manhattanville College, in a game that was supposed to take place in Rye, New York.
Men's Hockey will be at home a day later, when they host St. Anselm College Saturday evening at 7 p.m. The Beacons will still start their season on Friday at New England College at 7 p.m. with live stats available.
