|Title:||Assistant Women's Soccer Coach|
|Alma Mater:||UMass Boston, 2008|
Katherine Wall returns to the sideline at UMass Boston for her second season after a three year hiatus to serve as assistant women’s soccer coach.
In the offseason, Wall was elected to the UMass Boston Athletics Hall of Fame, joining Kristen Bowes ('03) as just the second former women's soccer player to earn a spot in the school's Hall of Fame.
While at UMass Boston, Wall was a member of the varsity soccer, ice hockey, and softball programs. In 2008, she anchored the backfield of the women’s soccer team and helped them earn their first Little East Conference victory. It was also in that season that she helped the Beacons set the program record for wins through the first 14 seasons with eight.
During her career, Wall received multiple conference accolades with the soccer program. In 2006 she was named a second team all-conference honoree, while in 2007 and 2008 she earned first team honors, which made her the first three-time all-conference honoree in the program’s history. While on the softball diamond, Wall earned honors from the LEC in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Named a two-time team MVP, Wall earned the UMass Boston Athletic Director’s Distinguished Student-Athlete Award following the completion of her senior season.
Wall graduated from UMass in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and also serves as the varsity Girls Ice Hockey Coach at Arlington High School.
