tri-captain for the Beacons ... Played in 23 contests, starting 20
games in the UMass Boston defensive unit that held opponents to a
1.15 goals against average on the year ... Named to the Eastern
College Athlete Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Second
Team while being honored by the Little East Conference (LEC) as a
First Team selection, joining her teammate in Kristin Mulry as the
only players in school history to earn All Conference honors in
each of their first three seasons ... Named the LEC Defensive
Player of the Week twice during the campaign, first during the week
of September 19-25 and again for her play during the week of
October 19-25 ... Finished the campaign with a career-best three

After enduring through off-season knee surgery, still managed
to play in 18 of 20 matches and enjoy another solid year in which
she was named to the Little East Conference Second
Team backfield for the second straight campaign to become, like
teammate Kristin Mulry, the first player in school history to earn
All-Conference honors in each of her first two years of collegiate
soccer ... Matched her totals from a year ago with six points on
two goals and a pair of assists to lead all UMass Boston defenders
for the second straight year ... One of two Beacons' defenders to
notch a game-winning tally this season with the deciding marker in
a 2-0 win at Plymouth State University on October 23 ...Earned LEC
Defensive Player of the Week honors for the week of October 19-25
... Was one of the major reason for the dominance of the UMass
Boston defense that produced a school-record low goals against
average and shutout total ... Helped UMB hold opponents to one goal
or less in 14 of the 18 matches that she played in.
2008 Enjoyed an excellent
first collegiate season ... Named a Little East
Conference Second Team All- Star as a defender, despite playingmost
of the season with a knee injury ... Played in 16 matches, while
making 12 starts and tallied six points on two goals and two

coming off an injury to net a goal in the team's 2-0 victory over
University of Southern Maine on October 2 in a week that saw the
defense hold opponents to just two goals in 200 minutes of play ...

College on October 9 and a helper vs. Eastern Connecticut State
