INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana - Less than 24 hours after claiming their fifth straight Little East Conference title, the NCAA has announced that volleyball will face Wellesley College in the first round of this year's NCAA Division III Regional Tournament, which will be hosted by Williams College in Williamstown, MA on November 15.
The match-up will take place this Friday at 3:00 p.m. at Chandler and Lasell Gymnasium on the campus of Williams College. The meeting will be the first-ever between the two teams in the NCAA Regional tournament. UMass Boston did face Wellesley, who received an at-large bid, earlier this season with the Blue earning a 3-0 win over the Beacons in the Clark Gym.

Wellesley College will be making their first NCAA Regional tournament appearance since 2009. The Blue were defeated by Springfield College in five games yesterday afternoon in the NEWMAC championship match.
Also competing at Williams this weekend will be New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference champion Springfield College, City University of New York Athletic Conference champion Baruch College, New England Collegiate Conference champion Southern Vermont College, Commonwealth Coast Conference champion Roger Williams University, Skyline Conference champion St. Joseph's College of Long Island, and New England Small College Athletic Conference champion Williams College.
