Tessa Martin-Huntley is in her sixth year as assistant athletic trainer at UMass Boston.
A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Martin-Huntley graduated from Northeastern University in May of 2012, where she was also a member of the nationally-ranked squash team.
Prior to her arrival at the UMass Boston campus, Martin-Huntley worked at SquashBusters Inc. in Roxbury Crossing for the last two years. Amongst her many responsibilities she was in charge of developing and implementing a new squash-specific fitness program, which included daily team fitness sessions and individual fitness testing for 130 student-athletes.
While in Boston, Martin-Huntley has gained a tremendous amount clinical experience having worked at Emmanuel College, Emerson College, and UMass Boston from 2009-2011.
