Adrian Dubois enters his first season as an assistant coach on the men’s soccer team.  A former NCAA Division I player, Dubois will help train and mold an entirely new team in the 2013 season under first year head coach Jake Beverlin.

Prior to his arrival at UMass Boston, Dubois served as the assistant coach at the University of California, San Diego, where he and his fellow coaches were awarded the 2012 Coaching Staff of the Year by the California Collegiate Athletic Association.  While on the west coast, Dubois was responsible for running training sessions, recruiting, and implementing game and practice plans during each of the three seasons he coached at UC San Diego.

When not on the bench as a coach, Dubois has been playing in the professional circuit for over three years.  Most recently he signed his second professional contract with the Los Angeles Blues of the Professional United Soccer Leagues.  Prior to signing that contract, Dubois played three seasons with the San Diego Flash of the National Premier League Soccer.

On two occasions, Dubois has been invited to Major League Soccer team combines first receiving an invitation from the New England Revolution in 2009 and then most recently the San Jose Earthquakes in June of 2012. 

Dubois was a four-year starter at the University of New Hampshire where he was an All-Tournament team selection in 2009.  In 2008 he helped the Wildcats to a top-30 national ranking as a junior.  Dubois went on to graduate from UNH with his bachelors of science in General Biology.

To date he currently holds a Cal South “E” Coaching License.
