WESTFIELD, Mass. – Patriciah Mulinge (Brockton, Mass.) had another team leading performance as she recorded the top time for the women's cross country team at the Westfield State University James Earley Invitational Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Mulinge's team-leading day consisted of a final time of 20:01.47 and a 42nd place finish overall. Brianna Steele (Rutland, Mass.), continues to have a strong rookie season for the Beacons, as she tripped the sensor with a time of 20:29.90 to earn 60th place overall.
Chantal Clerveaux (Boston, Mass.) earned the third fastest time for the Beacons as she crossed the finish line with a time of 23:01.60. From there Erin Hiltz (Bridgewater, Mass.) and Maggie Hale (Albuquerque, N.M.) closed out the meet for UMass Boston with their times of 24:48.34 and 25:25.88.
The Beacons will be back in action on Friday when they compete at the Suffolk University Invitational at Franklin Park at 4 pm.
